Return Policy

We will offer a credit note or an exchange (subject to availability) on any item purchased in 20 days from Coco& Mint if the garment has a genuine manufacturing fault.

Outside the above time frame, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law.

You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; or
• Have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the fault does not amount to a major failure.

A faulty item claim must be made within a reasonable time of receiving the goods. For faulty garments please email your contact details with a description of the fault to stacey@cocomint.com.au
